Support
RestoCam is a job-site documentation app for restoration contractors — photos, dictated notes, and the reports that come out of them. This page is the whole support system: one address, read by the people who build the app. No ticket portal, no phone tree, no bot.
Get help
support@resto.camA bug, a question, a locked account, an invoice — it all goes here, and a person answers. We reply as quickly as we can.
What to put in the email
Three lines of context get you a real answer instead of a follow-up question:
- Your company name — or, if a contractor sent you a link, theirs. It's how we find the right account.
- The project or report — its name, or the link you were looking at when it went wrong.
- What happened — what you tapped, what you expected, and what the screen did instead. A screenshot beats a paragraph.
Don't spend the job site writing it up. Send what you've got and we'll ask for the rest.
Two things that fix themselves
- A photo that won't upload isn't lost. The capture screen holds it and keeps retrying, and Done won't seal a walkthrough while anything is still waiting. Get back to signal and tap Retry now — the held shots go up in order.
- A share link that stopped working has probably expired. Report links, homeowner links, and contractor links all expire 90 days after they're created, and archiving a project revokes them early. Whoever sent it can issue a fresh one in a tap.
Accounts and billing
Seats, invoices, subscriptions, password resets, and anything else about your account go to the same address — including if you installed RestoCam from the App Store. There is no separate billing queue. And nobody from RestoCam will ever email you asking for your password or a card number; if you get a message like that, it isn't from us.
Removing your account is done by an admin at your company, from the company's Team page — you can ask for it from your profile in the app. It takes effect immediately, and the account is permanently deleted 90 days later. If that was a mistake, an admin can restore it before then by inviting the same email address again. What the company keeps afterwards is in the Privacy Policy.
What we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy; the agreement behind the account is the Terms of Service.
